HG Dynamic is a software and app development studio. Your idea might be a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself, a process locked in one person's head, or a product that only exists as a sketch. We build it into something that runs.
Approach
Built like a tool, not like a demo.
Plenty of software looks right in a presentation and falls over on a Tuesday afternoon. We build the other kind. What matters is whether people still reach for a tool when they're busy, so that's what we design for: fewer screens, obvious next steps, and software that keeps working when the connection drops, the data is messy, or the person using it has one hand full.

- You talk to the person building it. Nobody is relaying messages between you and whoever writes the code.

- In the first week you get something you can open and click. Most of it won't work yet, but you can see where it's going.

Scope
A conversation, then a short written scope: what it does, what it won't do, what it costs and when you get it. Fixed price wherever the work can be pinned down.
Prototype
Something clickable, fast. You use it before it gets built properly, which is when the useful objections turn up and changing course is still cheap.
Build
Built in the open, with a working version you can open at any time. Progress you can see, tested against real data rather than the tidy example set.
Handover
Deployed, documented and transferred to your accounts. Support if you want it, and a tool that keeps working if you don't.

Fault-code lookup, guided troubleshooting flows and service reference, brought together into one screen a technician can work through in order. It ships as a single self-contained file, so it opens on a phone in a customer's living room with no signal and nothing to install.
